A quick conversation with us will give you the clarity you need to decide what service suits you the best. • There is next to no difference between what we are able to accomplish in an online consultation vs in-person visits. • Each 'Consultation Plan' gives you extended access to our services, where we'd dive deep into your pain experiences to plan an efficient program based on your goals. • A 'Follow-up" makes sure that we catch up on the progress that has been made, and discuss self-management and future steps. • An 'Explore Yoga' session consists of an initial conversation where we discuss and examine (if necessary) your asana practice, performance, goals and how we plan to achieve them.
